Are you ready to inspire and motivate people to change their lives? Whether you’ve been teaching for years, or you’re just starting your journey, we’ll give you everything you need for a successful career as a PUSH Certified Trainer!

Initial Training Overview

  • The two-day course is usually run over a Saturday and Sunday (around 6 hours each day)
  • You’ll receive comprehensive training materials
  • A Master Trainer take you through the course, step by step
  • By the end of the weekend you will learn how to safely and effectively coach a PUSH Zone Training Class

WHAT TO EXPECT AT TRAINING

Designed to fit different learning styles, your training will include lectures, discussions, practical workout sessions, and teaching practice. 

Topics include: 

  • What is PUSH Fitness and the science behind it’s development

  • Details of Class Structure and it’s benefits

  • How to interpret, understand, and coach a template

  • How to perform and evaluate correct exercise technique

  • How to coach the class so that it is both safe and inspirational

  • How to create a memorable, fun, and effective workout experience

Class Size: Between 10-24 certification participants

How to prepare:

  • We recommend you attend as many PUSH classes as possible, dependent upon availability

  • Be open minded and ready to learn

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The standard certification price is $399. However, $99 is due upon registration online and is non-refundable. This will reserve your spot in registration, as it fills up quickly. Your health club is also showing they believe in your success by paying $300 of your certification cost, which you will pay back half through payroll deduction when you teach your first 4 classes.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Your training will be physically and mentally challenging, involving practical and theoretical components

  • It is designed for participants who are experienced in fitness classes, in good mental and physical health

  • If you’re unsure about your fitness level, please consult your doctor before registering – please do not put yourself at risk.
