Initial Training Overview
- The two-day course is usually run over a Saturday and Sunday (around 6 hours each day)
- You’ll receive comprehensive training materials
- A Master Trainer take you through the course, step by step
- By the end of the weekend you will learn how to safely and effectively coach a PUSH Zone Training Class

We recommend you attend as many PUSH classes as possible, dependent upon availability

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The standard certification price is $399. However, $99 is due upon registration online and is non-refundable. This will reserve your spot in registration, as it fills up quickly. Your health club is also showing they believe in your success by paying $300 of your certification cost, which you will pay back half through payroll deduction when you teach your first 4 classes.
